Hatch On the Scene

Last week, Hatch representatives spent an evening at ArtWorks Milwaukee assisting high school students with LinkedIn profiles.  ArtWorks Milwaukee provides youth with paid art internships that are centered around preparing Milwaukee youth for jobs post-graduation.

Career Coaching night paired seven interns with seven coaches.  A couple of icebreakers kicked the night off, followed by the do’s and don’t of social media and included one on one coaching and building of student LinkedIn profiles.

Kim Loper, ArtWorks lead artist was the mistress of ceremonies and brought both coaches and students together in a dynamic and fun way.

Hatch was thankful to be invited to participate and is thankful for programs like ArtWorks Milwaukee that focus on early development of job skills in our youth.  Building a better tomorrow today in Milwaukee!Artworks

Hatch is happy to welcome Carly back from vacation this week!  Carly has established excellent processes and procedures which allowed her time away to be managed seamlessly.  The sign of doing your job well is being able to walk away from it, select someone to replace you wisely and no issues to occur while away.  Congrats Carly for a job well done!

Special thanks to Miss Jenny McNabb, our Hatch Driver of the Week and Carly’s outstanding selection to cover!  Jenny started with Hatch as a HatchELITE class of 2013.  Following the summer of 2013, Jenny joined Hatch on a part-time basis working on our Accounting Team.  After graduation, she was hired full-time as an HR / Payroll Assistant!  Since that time, Jenny has worn many hats here at Hatch.  If there is a job to be done, Jenny graciously agrees to tackle the challenge.  She has served as a recruiter, administrative assistant, sourcer, research assistant, front desk manager and social media coordinator!  Jenny continues to take on new challenges and is always willing and available to help wherever needed.  She does all of this while still managing her full-time functions and maintaining a great smile.

Hatch expects you to continue to hear and see great things for this Driver of the Week.  There is no telling what job she may tackle, but one thing if for sure, it will be something new on top of something old!  Jenny’s primary function today is Payroll Assistant/Wellness and Social Media Coordinator!
